In 2019, we decided to purchase an old step van to transform into a fully functional food truck. It took longer than excepted as most projects do, but we were completely ready to open by November 2021. Growing up in the restaurant industry and a desire to be able to serve the community we love inspired the idea for “Gas-Up.” Both owners grew up in the Catawba County area and wanted a way to get more connected. Our love for food seemed like the perfect recipe, pun intended. We hope you love our concept and cannot wait to partner with businesses in the community. One of our main priorities is giving back, so frequently we will donate part of our profits back into the community. God has blessed us and we hope to be able to bless others.
